Country Club Car Wash Unlimited Car Wash Membership Terms & Conditions
- Membership Overview Unlimited Car Wash Membership allows one registered vehicle to receive unlimited washes during normal business hours at participating locations for the monthly membership fee selected at the time of enrollment. Membership benefits are non-transferable and are valid only for the vehicle registered to the account.
- Recurring Monthly Payments By enrolling, you authorize Country Club Car Wash to automatically charge the credit or debit card, or bank account provided for the monthly membership fee.
Membership fees are automatically charged each month on or about the anniversary date of enrollment. Your membership will continue on a month-to-month basis until canceled.
You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method. If a payment is declined or cannot be processed, your membership may be suspended or terminated until payment is successfully collected.
- Cancellation Policy You may cancel your membership at any time.
Cancellation requests must be submitted before your next billing date to avoid the next monthly charge.
Once a monthly payment has been processed, it is non-refundable and will remain active through the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds or prorated credits will be issued.
Membership may be canceled online at the CCCW Customer Portal or by contacting Customer Service at 636-339-4781.
- Vehicle Eligibility Each membership is valid for one vehicle only and is identified by its license plate and/or RFID tag. Memberships may not be shared, transferred, or assigned to another vehicle without prior approval from Country Club Car Wash.
- Wash Usage Unlimited memberships are for personal use and for the registered vehicle only. The following activities are prohibited:
– Sharing a membership with another vehicle.
– Washing commercial or fleet vehicles unless specifically authorized.– Any misuse or fraudulent activity.
Violation of these terms will result in immediate membership cancellation without refund.
- Hours of Operation Wash availability is subject to normal operating hours, weather conditions, equipment maintenance, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances. Temporary closures do not entitle members to refunds or credits.
- Price Changes Membership pricing may be changed at any time. Advance notice of any recurring monthly price increase before it becomes effective will be posted at each location and sent to customer’s phone # or email given at time of sign up. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
- Damage and Liability Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is suitable for automatic car wash equipment and should follow all posted instructions and employee directions while using the wash. Country Club Car Wash is not responsible for:
Pre-existing vehicle damage;
Damage resulting from aftermarket accessories, loose parts, improperly secured items, or manufacturer defects;
Items left inside or attached to the exterior of the vehicle. - Right to Refuse Service Country Club Car Wash may refuse service or terminate membership for:
Fraudulent activity;
Abuse of the membership program;
Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions;
Unsafe vehicle conditions or conduct. - Changes to Terms Country Club Car Wash may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on the company website. Continued membership after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
- Acceptance These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By enrolling in the Unlimited Car Wash Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, including authorization for recurring monthly billing until you cancel your membership.
